2010 World Series of Poker November Nine Preview July 25, 2010 | 08:27 am

Here’s a great preview video by Pokernews about the nine players who will be battling it out on the green felt in November for the 2010 World Series Main Event bracelet:

  • Jonathan Duhamel
  • John Dolan
  • Joseph Cheong
  • John Racener
  • Matthew Jarvis
  • Filippo Candio
  • Michael Mizrachi
  • Soi Nguyen
  • Jason Senti

It’s going to be a great final table for sure, and I very, very much look forward to it. Hope it’s as awesome as the 2009 World Series of Poker Main Event!

A beautiful shrine for one of the most excentric and succesful poker players ever to walk the face of the earth – but also one of Las Vegas’ painful stories: Stu Ungar. Two Players flop a boat – donkey makes Royal Flush August 29, 2009 | 11:12 pm

This is a pretty sick hand, even in Limit Hold’em. Five players see the flop, two people flop a full house – and one idiot calls all-in on the turn with a gutshot Royal Flush Draw, hitting the one-outer against two opponents. Sickness.

The donkey gets rewarded big, two full stacks. Siiick!

David Williams’ Worst Call Ever May 5, 2009 | 06:41 am

This must be a painful hand for black poker star David Williams to re-think about — off course he walks away with $3.5M in profit from the event (and endorsements, deals and all sorts of perks) — but I’m sure he still feels the stining pain he felt when he saw the showdown hands…

The turn call was waaay to fast — he was no way still playing his A-game…
